Falling In-L O V E with Fringe

You guys it's been sooooo HOT lately! I can't tell you how many emails I have received warning me about a heat advisory in the area. Cray cray!

It feels just as hot as when I visit South Texas and that's scarrrry... It truly gets freakin' hot down there! Anywho, one of the ways in which I have been staying cool is by wearing capris, shorts, and dresses this Summer. One of my favorite styles that I have enjoyed most is fringe. I used to associate fringe with western but that's no longer the case! It's definitely a style that is becoming a staple or a trend to wear year round. Its a perfect detail to wear in the Summer and transition with in the Fall. I truly believe that touches of Fringe can elevate a look such as this pink dress!  Having both, the dress with a touch of fringe, is a bonus! Which is exactly why I fell in love with this dress!

I love the movement fringe created as we shot these photos by the Trinity Overlook near downtown!

This dress is from Lou Lou Boutique in Dallas. I know I have spoken of them before but they seriously have some of the most cutest things! Check them out here!

Originally I had ordered this bag from Aldo as they had a sale online, but in white! I received in the mail this light pink one instead and you know what... it was the best mistake on their part! I have never been a huge fan of pink and it's a color…

Originally I had ordered this bag from Aldo as they had a sale online, but in white! I received in the mail this light pink one instead and you know what... it was the best mistake on their part! I have never been a huge fan of pink and it's a color I don't have much of in my closet so this soft pink from head to toe is just the right amount :)

The second best part of this dress is that it is dipped a little low on the back. It gives this look a nice feminine touch and very flattering!
