December 21st is officially the first day of Winter season! I am sharing my top 5 favorite piece that I am loving at Francescas right now, that are easy to mix and match with things you already have.

I love buying items that I can mix and match to wear more than once. That is always my sole purpose for shopping…is to find items that I don’t have to only wear once! Let’s begin!

Cozy Sweaters

You can’t go wrong with cozy sweaters! Not only is this color great for the season, but you can drape it over a long sleep, short sleeve or even a sleeveless top in the Spring. Pair it with leggings or jeans and flat (or boots), and your good to go! There are literally so many ways to wear this duster cardigan!

Panama Hat

I have a black round hat that I’ve worn several times this season, however I’ve never own a panama hat until now! I purposely wanted one in brown because its a color of hat I didn’t have. You can pick between black or brown for your outfits! This hat can either look extra chic or to wear casually. For the sunniest of days, this hat will keep you shaded and cool.

Maxi Dresses

Did you know you can wear your Summer/Fall maxi dresses for winter too? Yes! You can easily wear a turtle neck under you maxi dresses with stockings to keep warm. Throw over an extra coat and perhaps long socks under your boots for those below degree temps! Either way, a maxi dress is VERY versatile and this one with the 3/4 sleeve can be worn in many ways.

Slip On Mules

While I could of gone for simple black slip on mules, I wanted to push myself outside my comfort zone with these snake skin style mules. I love mules to begin with! Love them with a little bit of a heel, or with flats. When I saw these, I was in love! They are also so comfortable and can make any casual outfit look a bit more dressy. For Winter, I plan to wear these with stockings under or even some fun net socks.

Unique Style Bags

Ditch the old, bring in the new! My favorite part about this bag is that it’s not small! So many things can fit inside this bag. Second favorite part is that I can wear it as a clutch or as a crossbody! Win Win! This style is unique and your bound to receive compliments.
