I am excited to share the three places that got me ready for New York Fashion Week! Prepping for Fashion Week is something I take seriously because there are photographers that come from all over the world or different parts of the US to snap pics of street style wear. I had visited Blushington for the first time with another blogger friend of mine. I love the decor, the space, and the type of stylist that have who are very knowledgable in the beauty industry. I enjoyed getting my eyebrows, upper lip and chin waxed here, because they are so careful with your skin and doesn’t cause irritation. That is a first for me because my skin is so sensitive. I have been burned so many times that I still have some scarring. I will continue to go to Blushington for waxing services! They also apply a nice full face of make up as you can see here!

I decided to head to Dekalash located in McKinney for lash extension services. Their space is such a nice set up! I’m used to lash extension locations to be done behind closed doors. It was refreshing that everything was out of the open. I booked with Mary, who was so nice to explain the entire process. She was very quick too! It only took an hour and I was out of there! I went picked the natural look because they feel the most comfortable for me versus having the dramatic look. I tend to rub my eyes when I’ve gotten those in the past from another location. I would highly recommend giving this place a try, especially if you live in the north suburbs surrounding Dallas.

The photo above in the robe was before my tan! The photo below shows how fresh my tan was after! It had been years since I’ve gotten a nice and even spray tan. the place is very intimate, professional, and great quality. Don’t be alarmed! If you go a shade darker than your norm, let is sit for 8 hours and when you shower it evens out. That is why i went with a shade that is a little bit more darker than usual.
